Junior Operation Specialist for Indonesian

Position Responsibility:

1.Deal with daily feedback, report problems and follow up.
2.Maintain player relationships and deliver positive information to audiences.
3.Responsible for the content and fan page operation.
4.Analyze user requirements,user operation planning and execution.
5.Implement product operation planning under guidance.
6.Product event survey and market research.

Position Requirements:

1.A bachelor degree in Indonesian,excellent academic performance.Local learning and work experience is preferred, good at English.
2.A year of relevant industry experience, outstanding fresh graduates is also accepted.
3.Strong oral and written language skills and teamwork ability.
4.Proficient in software such as word,excel,ppt and project,and also need to know tools such as VISIO and PS.
